Metaphysical Spiritual Healing
We are all spiritual beings. Our bodies although they appear as physical entities are 90% metaphysical. Healing requires a healing of the spirit and using alternative healing techniques can give your body the energy it needs to be healed. Healing the balance of energy in your body will help you regain your health and vitality.
Holistic healing involves our body but also our mind, emotion, and spirits. Using our own metaphysical power can help us heal our body, spiritual relationship, human relationships and our emotions. We can heal self-esteem and promote a clearer understanding of our situation or crisis. Spiritual healing can improve relationships that need healed because of past trauma and emotional hurts. Metaphysical healing can clear energy blocks that are keeping you from enjoying a mutually happy relationship.
The term "healing" goes beyond physical healing to include healing our minds, emotions, and spirits. Metaphysical healers believe that we can heal our financial situations by blocking negative thoughts that keep us from gaining financial freedom. Metaphysical spiritual healers believe you can attract wealth by removing all negative thoughts and replacing them with positive energy thoughts that opens the channel of energy to attract financial wealth. We may be unconsciously thinking, "I don't deserve wealth, I'm not strong enough to achieve financial independence." These negative thoughts stop the natural flow of energy that allows financial prosperity to come into our lives. Negative thoughts can also sap our will and energy to work for our financial goals.
Metaphysical healing also works to erase our own self-defeating thoughts. Our feelings and thoughts can be healed to allow massive amounts of positive energy to flow and allow us to experience all we dream of succeeding in our lives. Metaphysical healing can free us from emotional turmoil, negative thinking, and give peace to our emotional and mental turmoil. Taking care of those problems can raise our spiritual level and increase more positive energy helping us to reach our life goals.
Spiritual healing comes from a Higher Being that is more intelligent than we could possible imagine. Our spiritual lives can have a positive impact on our physical and mental health. Allowing our lives to be led by a supreme spiritual being can bring positive energy to our brain which sends positive energy to the rest of our body. Endorphins are released from our brain and sent to the parts of our body that needs healing. Blood pressure is lowered, good chemicals are released into our bodies and we gain control of our emotional state. That enables us to give positive feedback to the brain and allows us to deliberately change our thought process to remain positive and remain peaceful. Our thoughts linked with positive emotional, and spiritual energy can help give us a happy and more youthful life.
We are ultimately free to choose whether to be positive or negative in our thoughts. Our Higher Power will not override a person's free choice. We need to be open to the healing power before it will work miracles in our life. |
